Problems connecting with my new Galaxy S24 ULTRA

I have tried several times to pair my Panox V2 with my brand-new Galaxy S24 Ultra without any success. I have tried both connecting through my wireless router and with the camera acting as a Hotspot and both were unsuccessful.

Hello sir, please make sure that your camera is already in the latest os version and try it again.
