    Hi nice day, i have a problem with my labpano it was left with the black screen. I don't have access to the main screen.

    what should I do?

    @orbytar hello, can you email to support@labpano.com with the s/n number of the camera and the photo of the black screen?
    When and where you bought it?
    When your camera have the black screen and failed to access the main screen?
    Can you detail all information in the email?
